Hi Lee, I don't know if one scratches worse then the other, I do know they both scratch easily. The thing is that I was told that Lexan is easier to work with. Plexi can crack pretty fast even with a slightly oversize plexi drill bit and I have a zillion screw holes to get it installed. I've heard say that Lexan drills pretty easily too but I really am not too sure about it. Maybe some out there can through some light on the subject. Ed
