I put an X-com in my 415C. It fits high on the panel, has a built in intercom that works great, and I have been very happy with it. Easy to see, easy to tune. The radio is installed just below the panel to the right of the pilot. The radio works fine but I have a difficult time reading the frequency numers. In bright daylight I usually have to crouch down and to the right to read the numbers. The radio is new and I do not want to buy another new one, although I think ICOM now offers a new model with a larger display.
