It seems to me you are not having the original pretzel style yoke. Who ever 
fitted the yokes you are having now did probably not the best job.

I found most yokes just screwed on to the shat.

I would remove the screws, inspect the shaft and then go from there. The shaft 
will probably show elongated holes - in the worst case I think a replacement of 
the shaft is your only safe option.

Folks,
There is a lot of play in the yoke connection on my 415C.  The yoke is a 
typical "U" shape style and is connected with two bolts.  Can this be repaired 
or must the yoke and tube be replaced?  The universal joint at the other end 
where it connects to the "T" is good.
