[ercoupe-tech] Tail Height

I measured my tail height yesterday, 71 inches to the top of the fin.  I have 
two questions:  
1.  My plane came with rubber struts installed, and a spare set of struts with 
the Bellville washers installed.  Which ones should I think of using?
2.  Somewhere I saw a chart, that equated thickness of spacers with changes in 
tail height.  Now I cannot find that information, where is it?  Also there 
seems to be some question of proper desired height.
