Doesn't have the ANR head set electronic parts that drive the speakers? These parts are adjusted for a low OHM speaker I think. I think the input into the ANR electronic needs to be adjusted to accommodate 300 OHMs instead of 75. I guess you won't get around changing all the electronics. I'd call or eMail someone that knows this stuff, like these guys.
