Hi (no name),
The nose bowl hole you refer to is, I believe for your fresh air vent hole.
 The scat hose you reference: On my "G" (mine is a flexible aluminum hose)
 It goes from the nose bowl to the panel fresh air vent.
Keep in mind each aircraft may have a slightly different configuration.
