Pull one cylinder at a time and don't pull it all the way off.  Start  with 
the piston down and
try to ease the cylinder away from the case by turning the prop (proper  
precautions) and
pulling the piston at the same time.  Replace the seals and  reinstall.  
This MAY help
the rings to stay in their worn in grooves and help prevent loss of  
compression and blow
by.
