Real Gasket Corp is the manufacturer of the push rod kit you speak of.

I have them installed on my O-200.  So far so good.  About 100 hrs on them and
no leaks.  They can be installed without unbolting the cylinders.  You just
need to remove the rockers, slide the push rods out and cut the current tubes
off with a hacksaw.  It helps to have the intake tubes and exhaust removed to
give you room to work.

I'm happy with the results, but don't think I would do it again.  It is close
to the same about of work as pulling the cylinders and going with the stock
gaskets.  But $350 more money!

Don't forget to replace the lifter cover gaskets while your at it.  I would
recommend 'Real Gasket Corp' for their silicone valve and lifter cover gaskets.

Good luck.

Subject: [ercoupe-tech] Oil leak at pushrod tube

I have a major oil leak where the pushrod tube enters the crank and later this
week we plan to remove all 4 cylinders and replace the 8 rubber pushrod
connectors and the valve cover gaskets. Since this is a first time for me I
would benefit from advice from those who have gone before me. I searching on
this subject I came across an old note talking about a $75 a cylinder kit to
fix the problem correctly. Since I have about $30 total tied up in my solution
I obviously maybe missing something here. Help will be welcomed.
