Well, that is what got me so excited. Since it was foggy and hard to see, as a new coupe pilot I didn't pay much attention to it on a regular basis, I just watched the wing tanks, "knowing" that when the wires on them sink, I got to be looking for a landing place in the next hour. That error in my thinking could have made me try out my dead stick landing skills. A foolproof system - unless you got a fool flying it!
