My "wet" compass began leaking so I had the seal replaced which worked for a
very short period of time. I'm considering a "dry" vertical compass and would
appreciate any and all suggestions. I have a 415-C and would like to move it
to a location that's easier to see; I've seen a couple here that are mounted on
top of the dash and a couple mounted on the stabilizer bar in the windshield.
I'm going to add the bubble windshield to my plane hoping that the extra room
will facilitate the move. Your help will be sincerely appreciated.
