If it were me, I would not worry about those bearings for that distance and 
that speed.
That said however, if it were me, I would go to Harbor freight and buy one of 
their under $200 trailers, and convert it quickly and easily per EOC plans.  
Gets the job done, reasonably low cost and safe.  If you have no more need for 
the trailer, you probably can sell it the next day for what you paid for it.  I 
have done this twice, and actually made a buck on the trailer resale.
