I would check to make sure that the parking brake cable is not adjusted too tight as that could help the pedal hang up and not return fully on a 415. If the parking brake appears to be OK then you can try slipping a compression spring over the master cylinder rod which will then have spring pressure to push it back to neutral once your foot is removed.
