During the annual of our 415C ser #2474 this spring the Skyport STC SA1407CH
was used to install a Skyport Master Brake Cycliner kit SMK-88. Our mechanic
who did the work returned our plane with the cautionary that the brake pedal
was not fully releasing after brake application. His thought was that the
problem might resolve itself after some use with the new cyclinder. We've had
about 20 landings since getting the plane back and the problem has yet to
resolve itself. The brakes work fine and can be fully released with a simple
bit of toe behind the pedal. Any suggestions on how to get a full release?
