I don't think Ed is talking about removing the option to reply directly to an 
individual. It's just a matter of what the default is in the TO: pull-down 
menu. Either way, misfires are bound to occur until everyone gets used to it. 
We all just have to pay attention to what we have selected in the pull-down. 
Personally, I would like to add a fourth option that would allow me to reply to 
the message board and e-mail the individual, but that would probably only 
confuse the issue even more.
