Hartmut is correct. The wing tank fuel caps must be identical. ie, if you have 
a Rain-Pruf float indicator cap on one tank and the regular Ercoupe cap on the 
other the tanks will not feed evenly. One tank will pressurize and force fuel 
over to the other tank in flight.
