I don't see anything wrong with this price. Have you priced new LSA planes?
There is nothing between the LSA Ercoupe and the $80,000 plus new LSA plane. I would not take $52,000 for mine and I was offered $50,000 at the last Antique Aircraft Assoc fly in that I attended.
