It's starting to look like everyone is finally starting to take care of these
fantastic old birds which have been neglected for all these many years. Good
on all of you. An Ercoupe is still a bargain compared to the price of even
Piper Cubs and Champs, and the Ercoupe has a starter so the investment is well
worth it.
I just went through mine, wings off, (zinc) chromate, new Ceconite cover, new
flight instruments hooked up properly this time and a thourough document check.
Soon, we will all have something to be really proud of if we keep this up and
the reputation of these birds will soar.
