Maybe nothing to worry about but...
If you are "jacking" a stereo output into a mono headset, you are shorting the two audio amplifier outputs together to make one. Without some sort of loading, this could be problematic. I suggest you contact Sigtronics and see what they have to say on the subject first...
(Going the other way, from a mono amplifier to a stereo headset, is not a problem.)
