I have been trying with Sigtronics for over a month now, with no success.
Since it was a Sigtronics intercom and a Sigtronics headset, that seemed to be
the first choice.
They told me to just get an adapter, which I reported to them I could not find.
Then they agreed to make one up for me, and that has fallen by the wayside I
think. Obviously such an adapter is far from a big ticket item. The way I
understood it, a proper adapter would simply put one side of the stero output
to both earphones.
I share the concerns about the real compatibility of the Radio Shack plug with
what I am trying to do. Sigtronics gave me some degree of tech help in doing
it, maybe I will get the Radio Shack one and perhaps modify it to work. One of
the problems is that if done wrong, it will screw up MY headset stereo or
transmissions someway.
