So, is there any reason he can't submit a form 337 for one-time approval of the 69-50 prop?
I'd think that, if he cited the climb and cruise statistics approval would be easy. Perhaps they'd make him submit climb, cruise and tach data with the 69-50 prop while doing testing during a short experimental period. But, would it be any big fuss? Ed
