1. It seems there's an up-tick in the number of messages sent to the forum without changing the subject line.
Failure to make the subject line fit your message can drastically cut down on the chances of it getting to those who are supposed to - or need to - see it. It also pollutes the original subject line to the point where people stop reading that thread and may, therefore, miss something essential to their operations or safety. Please, PLEASE, check and change the subject lines appropriately. 2. When you are sending a comment to a single individual, please change the To: address to be that individual only. The sender's address is clearly posted at the top of each message. In most e-mail programs, you can click (or double-click) on that address to pop up a window that lets you cut and paste the address easily. There's no need to send a 1-person message to 750 people.
