[ercoupe-tech] Repainting the Prop

The flat black paint on the back of my prop is starting to peel off. I tried to 
gently remove the remainder but that didn't work.  I was considering using a 
paint remover but I'm concerned that it might pit the aluminum.  Perhaps if 
it's washed off quickly?  I've got a large heavy gage plastic tarp to cover the 
remainder of the cowling just in case. Any suggestions?
