I got to think on that a bit John.
Airworthiness aside, then why am I not seeing some bad effects?  I have no 
trouble trimming for level flight at full throttle.   I guess perhaps a 
stronger spring on my trim control would do the same thing then as adding a 
trim tab?  It appears that someone is writing an aeronautical law saying that 
75hp does not require a trim tab, but 85hp does.
