Hey Hal: I guess I am not sure of what you are asking. First you have to
determine what serial number of Ercoupe you have in order to determine which
Cleveland kit is applicable. Then if you have the proper Cleveland parts,
(i,e. torque plate for the axle etc.) provide the installation instructions
to your mechanic and have him/her install and fill out the proper paperwork
to make it a legal installation. (a 337 approval is required for serial
numbers up through 813) and kit number 199-06900 includes the STC approval
for the remaining serial numbers.
If you are asking how to just bolt them on and go flying, I cannot
give you those directions. I suggest you look at the breakdown of the
Cleveland parts in the Univair (or some other) catalog.

I never did get anything back from the group here about the Cleveland
brake/wheel conversion. What special items are needed for the conversion?
There
must be some sort of bracket to fasten the calipers to on the strut
assembly. Is this quite complicated? I have a nice set of Clevelands with
brake
disk and caliper assembly. Just wondering what it would take to mount these.
Most Clevelands are about the same with only minor differences in design.
More thru bolts, thicker disk, etc.

Thanks for any info that you can give me.
