BTW Eric, what was the reason that ktuo didn't expect a 0 after a
minus symbol? There was a special event digit19 for that, but that was
the reason that negative numbers starting with 0 crashed:
ktj_decode:decode("-0.1").
** exception error: bad argument
in function list_to_integer/1
called as list_to_integer("-")
in call from ktuo_parse_utils:integer_end/4
After fixing that, digit19 simply wasn't needed
