no, it did not 403 - I click on any link on the page and it is broken. If
you go to erlware.org you don't get that behavior.  Anyway, I think we get a
good build environment done so we can ensure even coverage of our target OS
types and then we put the new site up with the rudimentary search capability
and start evolving from there. Messing with the old site seems tiring to me
:)
