upgrade to 6.2 ***problems!!****

G'day all   I am in need of some help urgently. I just got my 6.2 upgrade CD and decided to upgrade my ERMapper 6.1 version straight away. However, now ERMapper willl not start!!!!. I keep getting messages saying that "erm_srvr.exe" and "LicensingWizard.exe" have caused errors. Does anyone have any idea what might be the cause? I am using Win2000 and just installed the 6.2 update directly over ERMapper6.1.
