Ken,
It should be fine, but obviously you have run into a problem. Best thing to do is get in touch
with our US support office. If they cant help you resolve it, let me know and we will
sort it out off line (and summarize to the list). And yes, you can reinstall 6.2 over itself.
Some diagnostic questions -
Did you reboot after the upgrade ?
Did you close all applications before running the upgrade ?
What are the exact error messages ?

cheers
Mike

Hi Ken,

I have install ER Mapper 6.2 Beta 4.0 on 3 different machines with Windows 2000 and I have not yet had a problem with the license manager.  However, each of these were 'fresh' installs, not over ER Mapper 6.1.  I'd suggest trying to re-install 6.2 again over top of your existing 6.2, if that fails uninstall it and re-install 6.2.

G'day all

I am in need of some help urgently. I just got my 6.2 upgrade CD and decided to upgrade my ERMapper 6.1 version straight away. However, now ERMapper willl not start!!!!. I keep getting messages saying that "erm_srvr.exe" and "LicensingWizard.exe" have caused errors. Does anyone have any idea what might be the cause? I am using Win2000 and just installed the 6.2 update directly over ERMapper6.1. Can I reinstall 6.2 over itself?

Cheers
Ken Hickey
