Leo,
The cell values should not change with the Z scale.
I just tried it on examples/Functions_And_Features/3D/Landsat_over_DTM.alg
and it seemed to work correctly. The only things I can think of are that
the the current layer was changed in between swapping view modes, or maybe
something to do with the final transform.
Let me know if I have missed something, and/or you can get it to happen on
the alg quoted above (the water is a good bit to test).
