Dear Sir,
Actually, there is no such software that does it directly. Our company
offer the service to take digital aerial videos or photos and mosaic them.
We can overlay time stamp or GPS position to images or, which is often
better, give you a file with the GPS position of each image. In that case,
the images stay clean of any text.
To mosaic video images, we developped our own tools. If you wish to take
images, we can mosaic images for you. We accept both Hi-8 or digital
format.
