When I create a region around the outside edge of Landsat, and save the
region to the original raster data (.ers) file with the Landsat bands, the
statistics inside that file get wiped out. When I open one of my algorithm
files, which points to that .ers file, I get an error telling me that my
file does not have statistics calculated. The way that I fix the problem is
to open the original .ers file and recalculate the statistics. Does anyone
know why this happens?
