It is possible to save URLs in ALGs and/or plot from them. I have been able to plot from URLs and save them as projects in ArcView, however, I still have had no luck doing this in ER Mapper. I have upgraded to ERM 6.21 and the problem seems worse. In version 6.2 when I tired to open or print an ALG with a URL in it I would receive this error: "Path is not relative to the dataset search path or parent path". Now, in version 6.21, I get either a g_ermapper.exe error or a ermhe.exe error which cause the respective program to close. This is the URL I am trying to print/save:
ecwp://www.earthetc.com/images/canada/canada.ecw Is this a known problem, or is it something specific to my machine.
