Qaisar,

I am not familiar to Arc View but if possible export your elevation data as dxf
file that can be grided by ER MApper.

May be digitizing of elevation countors is easier in ArcView instead doing it
in ER Mapper but I am using ER Mapper Annotation toolbar to digitize elevation
contours and created *.erv file is easily grided in Gridding Wizard.
