Dear ERM,
        This sounds terrific.  I have been impressed with ECW and felt confident
that ERM was anticipating a need for many organizations by tackling this
difficult problem and solving it well.  Stuart is not only a competent
scientific programmer, he is a visionary.  I believe that this Bentley
Systems contract will be joined by many others.  Congratulations.
