Dear users! I have been talking to a brazilian user who has been having problems with ERMapper 6.3 in a WinXPPro computer.
He started having problems with Mapper in the last version, 6.2, which could not be used in WinXP OS... This version was installed in this computer and he was waiting for 6.3 release. He has finally received a 6.3 upgrade CD and installed this one, updating the 6.2, of course. The guy called me yesterday telling that every time he tries to run a task, any task, it appears that black DOS window (I have seen this DOS window many times while running some task in ER Mapper, but it appears and disappears in a few seconds) and the task is not concluded... He needs to close the DOS windows by clicking in "X" button from the window... Do you think that uninstalling ER Mapper and reinstalling it trough a full 6.3 CD could fix his problem?
