Hi Bartira, The problem has probably arisen from having ER Mapper 6.2 on WinXP OS, and then upgrading to ER Mapper 6.3 (ER Mapper 6.2 was not officially supported on Windows XP). Your suggestion of uninstalling ER Mapper and reinstalling it through a full 6.3 CD is a good one.
If this does not work, contact our San Diego support office ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) - they should be able to provide you with the problem solution. ER Mapper 6.3 does work on Windows XP.
