This looks like an identical copy of a VTVL craft produced by Chrysler in the fifties and rejected by the US Army. Even the performance parameters are the same. The US Army rejected it because of high vulnerability to ground fire even worse than a chopper, and limited endurance. I can see the intifada having fun with this one! ********
