Discovery had a show about the Kursk with the same conclusion a few months ago. CNN called HTP a 'volatile fuel'. The irresponsible and unsafe practices in the Russian navy and the Kursk especially were not mentioned on CNN and were probably downplayed in the report too.   Well,  they say there's no such thing as bad publicity. I hope it's true.   I know a former sub-mariner and a former torpedo designer from the XUSSR. I might try to ask their opinion on the report's credibility.       Yossi Preminger
