CNN says a lot of things, with about the same level of accuracy and
credibility. We call them Constantly Negative News. Also, "Can't
read? No problem. Nice hair."

HTP is dangerous if handled stupidly. Navies use HTP in torpedoes,
where they store it in solution with alcohol - a combination we know
is explosive by itself. And they put this mixture in the same device
with a ton or so of high explosive, designed to sink ships - and they
keep the device in a pressure vessel, underwater.

This is -asking- for trouble. Occasionally trouble will answer. This
is no reflection on HTP as used in amateur rocketry.
