For those of us who haven't upgraded our amateur licenses by taking the Morse Code test, there's a good Morse Code teaching program for Windows:
Go to <http://www.Nu-Ware.com> and download a copy of NuMorse. Shareware, $29 (or 20 pounds), and it works. When I started, I knew S, O, and V. After about four hours over the last week, my success rate is over 70%, and I know about half the alphabet (Morse cleverly made the more common letters shorter). I should ready to upgrade in a couple weeks. Even before I take the test, I'll finally understand what those darn hams are saying to one another. :-) -R -- "Sutton is the beginning of wisdom - but only the beginning." -- Jeff Greason _______________________________________________ ERPS-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.erps.org/mailman/listinfo/erps-list
