We also wanted the ability to test new catalysts and use 100% HTP
at high pressures.  POGO itself will stick with 85% or 90% HTP.  If the
excess cost isn't too much (read machinability) .vs. SS, we'll go there.

What alloy?  Any reason you aren't using plain old 316?
