No, we're not intending to do 13 km/s. Given gravity loses, drag, etc,
10-11 km/s would get you to LEO, 8-10 km/s would get you just about
anywhere on Earth suborbitally. I was talking with someone about this
at the last meeting. It may be necessary to aim for SSSO first, SSSO
being Single Stage Sub Orbital. Doing that reliably, repeatedly and
affordably would givee your customers and clients incentive to pay for
going the next step and funding the improvements fot SSTO.
