There was a company offering a "50% perocide engine" and there was
Juan down in Mexico with his "pentacatalyst" engine. The only other
commercial entity with perocide engines that I'm aware of is Black
Hawk Reaction Engines, LLC - ERPS Founder Kevin Bollinger's company.
