We don't need to be that formal, and we certainly don't need to add
any formality to our written procedures.  We just need to follow the
procedures we've written.

BTW, we only have one channel.  It's all we need.

As Michael pointed out, this was a learning experience.  We knew what
it looked like when we went by the book.  Now we know what it looks
like when we wing it.  I think it looks better by the book.

I'm talking process here BTW, not results.  The results would have
been the same, and we did a good enough job to get those results.  I'm
just being the persnickety QC guy.  You'll thank me later.  :-)
