I received an e-mail today from Suzie Magnan, that Ulf Magnan, of Empire, Nevada, has passed away. Ulf was a fascinating, flamboyant man, with rather unconventional ideas, and a unique way of expressing himself. Many ERPS list members will know of him from the CATS Board.
