Recently, there has been some discussion here about Elizabeth
Weil's book on Rotary Rocket. While I haven't finished it (I have a copy
reserved at a local library, which ordered it on 19 November), the preface
was more than a little off-putting.
But, if you want to read a good book about space entrepreneurs (Gary
Hudson & company are in there, along with many others), look for
MAKING SPACE HAPPEN
