Sure, but requiring an agreement that you won't fly it implies that it's conceivable that you otherwise could.  It will be interesting to see what is disclosed in the Seller's description when it's auctioned.
  A mock-up of the SoloTrek will be seen this summer in a movie, "Agent Cody Banks", I think.

Well, in the article it is stated that the buyer has to sign an agreement to never fly the thing, but it sounds like they couldn't if they wanted to anyway.

We've been approached by people in the past wanting to buy the EZ-Rocket for use in cinema and things like that, and we always took it for granted that we would make them sign a contract saying they would not operate the engines.
