Correct. *I've* got a fast network connection and a fast finger on the D
key, and a mailbox that's pretty choked already :-), so it's not a problem
for me, but I know this has been seen as an issue for others in the past.
It would be a shame if we ended up having to reinvent the ERPS list as a
place for ERPS-specific communication. I think we should avoid heading
that way. If there is a desire for a more general venue for liquids
discussion, it should be a separate list. (And if one does get created,
we should discourage non-relevant digressions on the ERPS list much more
quickly and firmly than we now do.)
