IIRC, it's a couple inches, but could be wrong. One thought I did have is whether that main tank was modified for that tank tip camera that they used on another recent flight. I assume there was no camera present, since we would have seen video, but did it require a cutout in the insulation? If so, was that cutout patched with something? The thought was whether the torn section could have started here. Another thought was water getting under the insulation, freezing, and causing a separation.
