It can, but the facts don't enter the conversation with anti-nukers.
"What if it fails?" they ask. These people niether like nor trust
anything technological. (And some will even tell you about it on

Yup. But you can't use it there if you can't get it there. And they
don't want you to get it there because it might be bad, maybe,
possibly, in a million years.
